Sorry!I am not dead!

          Hey people!I am sorry! I am not dead! I just haven't been able to go on a computer!But hey(!), that's what friends are for right?!heheheh......Thank you Bixie Willow for letting me use her computer...........by the way,sorry Bixie for spray painting your your yard. You see?! I am terrible to my friends! Anyways, I just made this to tell you that I will (hopefully) be able to post more!Bye and I hope I will see much more of this blog,this summer!Stay Creepy!

Sorry!Update from yesterday's blog post and an announcement:(

            Well,this is embarrassing.It seems as if yesterday I specifically said,on yesterday's post,that I was going to make another post later that day and I never did.Sorry.The truth is,I actually didn't go walking.I went out then ate,then were to tired to walk so we just went to the mall(oh no!*I just lost major goth points!*yes the mall.no I am not a mallgoth,it's just that my mom doesn't really like thrift stores so I am trying to get my dad to take me to thrift stores..not working so far.)trying to find me some good black sandals!No success in case you were wondering.If you know a good mainstream store that has some nice sandals please tell me in the comments!
          So in a way,I guess I did go on a walk but not as long as I had feared.Oh,about the announcement; I am going to have less and less time on the computer during summer because it is actually my brothers,I don't have a computer,and he hogs it!And he is going to use it because he is coming home this summer(today in 30 minutes!), so I can't go on a lot.I will try to update frequently but sorry if I miss a few days.

My Relationship with Walking

      Hello readers.A little update on my day:I have to go on a several mile walk(probably 4 or 5 miles) in about 30 minutes or so.Just to let you know.....not that happy about it.I enjoy walking(with my friends)or when I have something to do while walking.But not when I have no music or no one to talk to.:(.When I do have music,I am most likely using my friends Ipod or  music player or whatever.But I actually don't have one myself and none of my friends are going to walk with me.My mom is taking me for a walk....yippee.*obviously sarcasm with a hint of laziness*and she doesn't have an Ipod(with music I like)but has a radio with all her favorite music on their. Her favorite music is Spanish music.I,on the other hand,am not too crazy about it.
      Anyways this blog post is basically to say that I want music while I'm doing something and I don't want to go walk in 25 minutes.Hope I didn't waste too much of your time today.(but if I did....hehehheheheh:)Have a better day than mines and I will write another post later on today when I get back.Good bye!

A Proper Introduction to Goth-toGoth

          I thought it only fair to introduce you to a site that I will be mentioning quite a lot.The site that I am talking about is Goth-to-Goth.It is owned by my good friend,Bixie Willow,and,frankly,is an awesome site.Bixie posts stories,crafts,"how to" stuff, news that is about goths,and,basically,just has a really cool site.Now what I don't get is why she has so little views and members.That is why I encourage you to check out her site right......here!Help us get some members and spread the word!
          I,like I said before,am friends with her and when we met she told me about this site she has. She told me"It's not much.Just a simple little website that is basically a blog." Really?!NO!When i checked the site out I was freakin' Amazed!!!!! It was so cool!Eventually as we become friends and I learned more and more about goth, she let me post and made me an official "Administrator" for the site! Which basically means I have the power to view Stats and post.
         But enough about me,(sorry! One Of the Most Beautiful Inspirational Songs Ever.......

        I really love this band called Black Veil Brides and I've been wanting to spread the word about this song. I finally can! I love blogging. I give credit to the people and videos that I use.This song is really beautiful; Sounding soft and sweet,but at the same time, sounding as if it has a hard rock edge with the guitar solos and Instrumentals. Whenever I feel bad I just scroll down my bookmarks and click on the link to that song.It really is inspirational.So,I have a challenge(well,more like two)for every one that sees this.
        First Challenge:Listen to the link I gave you.Then comment on your thoughts about it.And by comment I mean either nice comment(ex. i love this song!) or constructive criticism(ex.It could have had a better guitar solo but over all this song is so/so.).But absolutely  NO negative comments(I'm not going to give you an example....you know what those look like)! If I see those I will delete them.

Introducing Alternative Ivy

        Hello!As you can tell from the blog's name,I am Ivy.I started this blog because I was on another website called Goth-to-Goth and I realized that I couldn't write everything that i wanted to because it's my friend's  site,not mine(just so you know,Bixie Willow is the friend I'm talking about).I am just an extra poster and would feel weird if I posted  more than she did.Also i had things to talk about that weren't even relative to what is posted there.But here in my own blog I can do whatever I want! I can talk about whatever alternative subculture comes to mind! Emo,Goth,Lolita,Punk,you name it! And if there's an alternative subculture that I haven't written a post about that you want to see,message me and I will research it and write a post about it!
        I am a younger goth,a babybat if you will,but that doesn't mean that i don't know what goth is.And yes, i consider myself emo as well,but i don't believe I'm "gemo". The title seems more like an insult than an actual alternative subculture.I also consider myself punk,but then again,i consider myself a lot of things.
